The ETCR EM7550 battery internal resistance tester, also known as a rechargeable battery tester or battery tester, is used to measure the internal resistance, voltage, and temperature of lead-acid, nickel-cadmium, nickel-metal hydride, and lithium batteries to
determine their health. This instrument uses the Kelvin AC four-wire method to measure battery internal resistance, ensuring accurate measurements without being affected by contact resistance between the test leads, terminals, and battery electrodes.
Controlled by a microprocessor, the battery internal resistance tester features an internal 16-bit ADC that accurately measures battery internal resistance, voltage, and temperature. It performs measurements without stopping the UPS system. Using AC low-resistance
measurement and noise reduction technology, measurements can be performed while the device under test is running, significantly reducing test time. The instrument features automatic shutdown, alarms, data storage, data review, bar graph display, computer upload,
and Bluetooth communication. Wireless measurements and data review are possible via Bluetooth connection with smart devices such as mobile phones and tablets. The ETCR EM7550 battery internal resistance tester features a 5-inch color touchscreen display.
