ETCR recently launched a new product: the ETCR EM3040 Digital Ground Resistance Tester. This instrument uses precise 3-wire or 2-wire methods to measure ground resistance. It features a wire resistance verification function that avoids errors caused by test leads not fully inserted into the instrument interface or poor contact, as well as errors from users replacing or extending test leads, making on-site low-value ground resistance measurements more accurate and reliable. The instrument also includes an auxiliary ground stake alarm function. During testing, it displays the resistance value of the auxiliary ground stake, and an indicator light shows whether the auxiliary ground stake is properly grounded, preventing errors due to excessive auxiliary ground electrode resistance. When testing ground voltage, it alarms if the voltage exceeds 36V, ensuring operator safety.
